Today Michael goes through the temple (Provo, Utah) for the first time. Ashley and Randy are here visiting for the Thanksgiving holiday. Katlin and Mike spent Thanksgiving day with Mike's family but have been able to come over and hang out with us too. We are all so excited to share this time with Michael. It is hard to believe that he will be in South Korea in a few short weeks.
We were able to get everyone together for a new family portrait. We felt very happy to have Grandma Harken with us. (She flew out to be with us for Thanksging.) The photographer was a kick. He had taken all of these poses where "someone" was acting out. The rest of us had no idea until we reviewed the pictures! They were so funny. The photgrapher seemed to catch the personality of each person. Rachel looks like a supermodel. Dad is going to need a much bigger bat.
I feel so lucky to be surrounded by this wonderful family. Dallas and I will celebrate our 25th anniversary in December. I could not be more proud of who and what our little family has grown into. And now my shameless plea for grandbabies. . . please, pretty please with sugar on top. :)
